The first webinar, Early Number Concepts, aired April 26, 2017 and is recorded for viewing. edWeb.net is a popular web community for professional development and networking among Pre-K–12 and post-secondary educators. The Mathematics for Young Learners community combines the dedication of ORIGO to inspire and empower mathematics programs with edWeb’s commitment to providing valuable resources for educators.
“We are delighted to launch a new community with ORIGO to support early learning in math. Our early learning programs are our most popular, which is wonderful that early learning educators are so interested in improving their practice to help the youngest students get off to a good start," said Lisa Schmucki, founder and CEO of edWeb.
Educators may earn CE certificates from edWeb for participating in live sessions, and can take CE quizzes to earn certificates for watching recorded edWebinars. Educators may join the community to watch previously recorded sessions and receive updates about upcoming educational opportunities.
