Gala on May 20 to Support Competitive Gymnasts from Sacramento Region
Media are invited to attend the Gala or fun run. Pre-event publicity is greatly appreciated.
Gymnastics and Acro of Fair Oaks (GAFO) is hosting a gymnastics gala and fund raiser on May 20, 2017 to raise money for the competitive gymnastics program at Technique Gymnastics. Entertainment will be provided by the nationally and world ranked gymnasts on the Technique Gymnastics team.
What: Flip for Gymnastics Gala including dinner, hosted wine and beer bar, gymnastic showcase, live and silent auction
Why: The Flip for Gymnastics Gala benefits the competitive teams that train at Technique Gymnastics and are supported by GAFO, a 100% volunteer run 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
Date: Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Run for the Gold
Can’t attend the Gala? Join the Run for the Gold Fun Run on May 20 to raise money for the team, or sponsor a gymnast at https://99pledges.com/fund/technique/addme.
Media are invited to interview and film/photograph the gymnasts. We also appreciate advance promotion of this event through your channels. There will also be a jog-a-thon on the morning of May 20 as an additonal fundraiser. This would be an excellent opportunity to interview gymnastics --big and small--and ask them about their sport, competing and the Gala.
