EvoText Enters Partnership with Instructure

EvoText’s Ogment now offers integration with Canvas to bring a seamless, powerful experience to educators.

BURLINGTON, Mass. - EvoText, Inc. announced today that it has partnered with Canvas by Instructure to integrate Ogment’s award-winning curriculum creation and management system with Instructure's innovative and award-winning learning platform. This new partnership will enhance the customer experience and boost the power of both systems. Click to Tweet.

With Ogment, Canvas users gain a streamlined process for curriculum mapping, course building, content collection, and progress monitoring. Ogment collects alignment, usage and performance data allowing educators to analyze course coverage, usage, and performance against the curriculum map at any level of granularity throughout the year.

Ogment customers who use Canvas can now access its lesson editor, assignment manager, classroom management, and progress monitoring through Canvas using Single Sign-on (SSO). Rostering syncs in both directions, and assignments made in Ogment are pushed to Canvas, with both teachers and students able to see those assignments on their respective Canvas dashboards.

“We are proud to be partnering with a best-in-class LMS like Canvas,” said Johanna Wetmore, CEO and co-founder of Evotext. “Ogment is an excellent complement to Canvas, and our Ogment customers who use Canvas will now see that.”

"We were impressed with the seamless integration of Ogment and Canvas built by the Evotext team, and we are excited to work with a partner whose award-winning product aligns so well with ours," said Melissa Loble, vice president of platform and partnerships at Instructure.

Additional information can be found at the partner profile page.
