Back to school (BTS) is either exciting, terrifying, or sickening. And, I’m not talking only about the students. Everyone wants school to be a great place to hang out and a great place to learn but that is easier said than done.

Meet school administrators holding BTS celebrations so that they start the school year right. All have a big kick-off celebration planned so that students get excited and hear about expectations for behavior and reward programs for good behavior. All four are using edtech from Hero K12 as instrument of change, flipping the tables on how they used to manage behavior and tackle school discipline.
